Ethraa Holdings is committed to delivering sustained employment and economic stability amongst communities, encouraging skills development, youth development and self-sufficiency amongst community members. Further fostering and enabling the entrepreneurial spirit amongst our communities to rise. Our focus is to employ young South Africans to drive out our digital strategy. As we scale, we will only employ previously disadvantaged black youth. We envisage over time and with scale, that employees of Ethraa Holdings will eventually be shareholders of the company as this will contribute to merging the social gap that we find in South Africa today.

Ethraa Holdings is committed to only procuring from small and medium enterprises to ensure we grow the resourcing power of this community that we form part of. On our services and resourcing business we commit to contracting models and partnerships with other SMME that allows for the simplified establishment of aquaponic start-up’s (SMME’s) in SA through a unique franchise model, requiring minimal investment – delivering skills and knowledge transfer to create sustainable community economies.

Working with our multinational ICT partners we will develop specific skills that supports specific technologies through learnerships and graduate programmes. Building up local ICT skills and talent to further service our customers and partners. It is a core to drive out these programs as we scale up, but more importantly to ensure that the skills and learning we transfer to candidates are those skills that allow for them to stay in employment, we envisage these programs as lasting solutions to unemployment situation in the country but this viEthraais only achieved through partnerships with our customer base.
